PE/Physical Activity

Physical Activity

We have put together some physical activities for your child to do while at home.  In-line with the National Curriculum, children should do at least 2 hours of physical activity and week; we recommend that children try to do at least 20/30 minutes of exercise per day.  We have attached some ideas that children can do at home which replicate what we do in PE lessons in school.

These activities are suggested ideas, however, if your child has other activities they wish to do instead,  that's great.  Thank you for your support and co-operation at this time.
