Online Safety

With the constantly advancing changes in technology, our children are living in a digital out and are like to be more comfortable and confident with technology than we were at their age.  Because of this, it is extremely important that we all work together to ensure our children are safe when using online technologies.

At school, we do a range of things to support children's knowledge around how to keep themselves safe but it is important that - as parents/carers - you also keep yourselves up to date to ensure you know how to monitor, check and support your child to keep them safe at home.

Our Online Safety information pages will continue to develop and grow over time so please ensure that you back come and check regularly, as well as checking School PING, for updated information and support with Online Safety.   You will also find resources for children within this section of the school website.

It is important that you monitor your child's use of technology and are aware of how you child is using technology and what information they are accessing/sharing.  If you have any concerns about your child's online safety, please take action as soon as possible.

Below you will find guidance and advice, but please also contact us in school if you need any further support so that we can discuss this with you and signpost you to the appropriate information/action.

You can also find out more about things we cover in school by looking at the 'Curriculum' section of our school website.
