PTFA Welcome

Winwick CE School has a thriving PTFA, which organises successful fund-raising and social events.  Parents of children at the school automatically become members of the PTFA.  All parents are welcome to attend the regular meetings and to support the PTFA’S programme of events.

The PTFA has raised thousands of pounds, which have been spent on improving equipment such as Netbooks for the IT department, Ocarina's for the Music Department and resources/literature to enhance our children's education and facilities in school and in general.

Like most PTFAs, the majority of our funds are raised through the fun events that we run. Some of our most popular events are :- The Christmas Fair, Children's Discos, Non-uniform days and Car Boot Sale.

We are very much part of the Community and also hold joint events with the Church, such as Race Nights, Bingo and the Winwick Church Gala. We also participate annually at the Winwick Carnival, holding a games stall.

We welcome and encourage our parents to take an active role in the PTFA and join in with social and fund raising events.  We also understand that, while you may wish to support our PTFA, you may not always be able to commit on a regular basis.  Even if you are only able to help with a smaller number of events, any help is greatly welcomed and appreciated.

Our PTFA page is currently being developed.  Please come back and visit us regularly to find out more about our projects and events.
